Who can apply

  • Must have at-least 2 years of experience of selling to schools in the region with proven track record of achieving targets
  • Must have a good knowledge of the school ecosystem and has good relationship with decision makers with
    ability to reach out to new schools, give demos and close sales
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with ability to negotiate and convince people
  • Must be energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic to work in a fast paced environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for anchoring marketing activations and brand building activities in schools for Vidyartha
  • Responsible for new client acquisition by selling company's cloud based personalized learning guidance platform to schools in designated region
  • Giving product demo to school decision makers and influencing them to adopt the platform
  • Relationship management with existing schools and sales from new schools
  • Ensure higher level absorption of the program by teachers and school to meet program extension and renewal target
  • Ensuring smooth collection of payments from schools & handling escalations
  • Submitting sales report to the Business Head on a daily basis
  • Developing strategies to explore new revenue generation avenues
