The one-on-one counselling is a carefully designed module in the Career Discovery Program. The expertise and experience of our Career Counsellors are applied to the results from Trait Collector to help prepare a structured Career Plan for each of you.
The one-on-one counselling is carried out with the student by our trained 'Career Counsellor'. The schedule for such counselling is intimated to the student on completion of the activities that are part of the Vidyartha's Career Discovery Program.
The manner of scheduling & delivery will differ depending whether the one-on-one counseling is part of the In-school program or individual consulting
Profile Preparation
The counsellor takes into account the detailed profile of the student which includes interests, aptitude, personality and academic scores.
Base Report
The counsellor prepares a pre-counselling base report taking into account these factors.
Counselling Review
Once the one-on-one counselling is completed, the counsellor adds comments/specific pointers taken from the interaction with the student.
Post Counselling Report
The counsellor takes into account the detailed profile of the student which includes interests, aptitude, personality and academic scores.
